Grab your girlfriends for an entertaining night out! GFour Productions, winner of 44 Tony Awards and 54 Drama Desk Awards, proudly brings the international hit show Menopause The Musical to Westchester Broadway Theatre.

Menopause The Musical celebrates the changes women over 40 experience with laughter and sisterhood. This 90 minute musical comedy features parodied classic pop songs of the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s- including hits Stayin' Alive, My Guy, and I Got You Babe. Get ready to laugh as you listen to the changed lyrics to well known songs into menopause themed anthems. Even for those who are not experiencing menopause (I'm only in my 20s), this play is till highly enjoyable. It echoes female empowerment and camaraderie.
The entire play takes place in the Bloomingdale's Manhattan department store. Four middle aged women meet by chance while shopping at the store's lingerie sale. Characters include Professional Woman (Donna J. Huntley), Soap Star (Debby Rosenthal), Earth Mother (Megan Cavanagh) and Iowa housewife (Roberta B. Wall). Throughout the musical the women bond over the "changes" they have all gone through- woeful hot flashes, mood swings, wrinkles, weight gain and memory loss- and create a powerful sisterhood by the end of the story.

While perfect for a girls night out, the male audience members on opening night also seemed to thoroughly enjoy this production. Guests can enjoy powerful vocals and engaging performances from this cast.
All actors are members of the Actors Equity Association and have numerous stage credits. Megan Cavanagh (Earth Mother) has been in films such as "A League of their Own" and "Robin Hood men in Tights". Also, Cavanagh has performed in this musical since 2004. Donna Huntley (Professional Woman) has Broadway, off Broadway, and television credits. She captivated the audience through the many songs she performed during the show. Debby Rosenthal (Soap Star) has performed in numerous regional theater productions as well as television. Roberta B. Wall (Iowa Housewife) has appeared on Broadway's Sister Act, Leap of Faith and also performances in regional theater.
Director Seth Greenleaf is a Tony Award winner for his work on the 50th anniversary of the production Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf. He also produced 9 To 5 the musical on Broadway with Dolly Parton and co-financed the Tony Award-Winning musical, Book of Mormon.
